Food4Africa - Approaching 30,000 nutritional porridge meals given to children in South Africa every day for over 20 years.

Charlie and Daniella are Patrons of Food4Africa along side long time humanitarian collaborator John Paul DeJoria , founder of John Paul Hair Systems and former cofounder of Patron Dequilla, and his wife Eloise DeJoria.

Our focus is on early childhood development, to help give vulnerable children the start they need to become the future of their country. Our aims for children are to:

  • Alleviate hunger and poverty

  • Maximise energy levels and enhance immune systems to fight off diseases

  • Develop ‘brain’ potential for future learning

  • Promote better concentration and a sense of well-being

  • Make it easier for them to cope with everyday schooling

Working with local partners, our support includes feeding vulnerable children a daily ‘porridge’, a unique blend containing 19 vitamins and minerals. This increases their health and well-being, prepares the children for school and supports the future sustainability of local communities in Southern Africa.

Our monthly activity reporting ensures we know where the children are, how much food is being distributed, and most importantly, the impact the food is having on their well-being.
